What is your most memorable wine or wine and food experience?
I have found that any past competitions hosted by the British Columbia Artisan Winemakers Association (BCAWA) or its individual wine club members (located throughout BC) have had some of the best wine and food experiences.
What wines have you always wanted to try but haven’t? What is your favorite vineyard? Region?
One of the wines that I would like to experience more of is Amarone. My favorite white wine is Chardonnay, and I love full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.
What event or experience started your journey in wine?
I have loved wine since I was a young adult but since my husband, Tim, introduced me to the BC Guild of Wine Judges my palate has developed immensely. As a result, I am able to assess and appreciate wine so much more.
