What wines have you always wanted to try but haven’t? What is you favorite vineyard? Region?
The wine I am going to taste tomorrow. There are quite a few on my list but they all have the same characteristics for holding dear to tradition, being patient in winemaking and open to new ideas.
What event or experience started your journey in wine?
My wine journey started a long way back when I was an investment banker but it was only after my joining Saanich Sommeliers and started wine tasting classes it then took a more meaningful and entertaining route
